Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
I decided that the 2:1 ratio for biking vs running was wrong for me, and tried to just go for 2 hours. I overestimated my abilities (its been a few months since I last biked) and ended up going 22 mins longer. I am exhausted, going that far probably wasn't the best idea. When I started my ride, I was expecting greater speed, it was interesting seeing the toll running takes on biking.
