Comments:
Went to Grant's track and ran a mile
drove to the YMCA later on in the day and ran a mile there..nice, but somewhat creepy guy there said i should be a personal trainer, and was impressed by the way i run...also swam for nearly an hour doing laps/ using a kicboard
