Long Run and 3 mile Tempo

Greenway with the team, which is really hard ground. Twas a progressive pase tempo: did 3 miles warmup, then 3 miles each one faster than the first. 7:25, 7:30ish, then I did not see the sign for the last mile but it felt faster. Wegmans for lunch was delicious. My left SI joint was sore afterwards and my left leg is a little longer so I would like to go to chiropracter in the next few weeks if I get a chance. Last time I saw chiropracter was Aug 15,(2 wks ago) but I only went twice over the entire summer which was great!
