Some of this was walking time and the distance should be further but I forgot to stop it during one walk section and started it too soon another time so it's not quite right - I took an epic bail on the down hill and now have a ripped up knee - it was too steep and too wet and not asphalt so as soon as a car passed me i jumped off my bike, which when clipped in means i just fell over, but it was better than crashing into a tree
