Comments:
The bike ride was long and lengthy, but I never got a good workout in except for the couple of hill sprints that I did. I wanted to get in at least 4 tonight. The weather looked rather ominous so I decided I would just do a Hennepin loop and tack on more if the weather was holding. Ran into Daye on the run and ran back with him, this put me at 35 mins and I ran down como for 3:30 and came back on talmadge to get 42 minutes. Legs felt tired right away from the biking, but that felt better after 2 miles. Breathing was relatively normal. I was a little exhausted from the long day and lack of food. (The company picnic had little veggie options. I was limited to fruit salad and some snack veggies. Kind of bullshit that a company as large as 3M that hosts a picnic for 200 people didn't prepare a veg option. I also absolutely hate when people think that a salad is a suitable replacement. Fuckers.
