Comments:
im not sure how far the warm up and cool down went. i think all together i got in about an hour of running.

i felt really good and i was happy that i was finally able to do some speed work.

1st 1 mile repeat - 7:20

2 mile repeat- 7:21

I know they were not very fast but they were consistant which was what i was happy about.

i was sore after the run and m leg was tight but im hoping for a good week of training this week and a good race on saturday. IM READY TO RACE!
