man, i slept like a baby last night. Listening to bluegrass music, running, eating great, and sleeping are good medicine for the runner. I am so happy to be running in some cold weather except that I brought only running shorts without pants ahhh cold. The morning run was good, but I am finding that I am looking at my watch a lot during the last couple of minutes of my runs. Getting back into shape sucks, but I know that in a few more weeks things will go better. I hope by Bob Firman all things will be clicking much better.
