Weather: sunny and warm
Comments:
3:00, 3:06, 3:01, 3:01,3:34(304), 32, 2:53, 2:52, 2:56, 2:53, 2:49. The 32 was from going too far, as in Barnes was not at the 2.5 like I assume so it cost an extra 1:04 based on the fact that it took 32seconds to run from the turn back to the 2.5 mi mark. This means mile splits of 6:06, 6:02, 5:55, 5:48, 5:42. I'd say it was a pretty good day. HR seemed high, but I felt fine. Hopefully I got my balls back, but the rest of the week will tell.
Total running tempo time 30:40, without the extra distance the 5mi would be around 29:36 (5:55/mile).
Hopefully I can stay at 5 next week and try and average around 5:45 or 5:50. Should be easy if I take it out a bit quicker in the first mile.
