Weather: 71, sunny, slight breeze, hot day on the horizon 8:00am

Comments:
Felt kinda stiff and slow. Kinda heavy... Didn't loosen up until well into the second mile, and even then I just couldn't wait to be done. I think it's a combination of sitting around all day and studying... (ie. I always run better on days I am more active)... in combination with just mentally needing a break from everything. It'll be good to get back to drinking some beers after next week and see if that doesn't loosen me up a bit.
