i've been doubting myself lately (always the drama with me, i know), anyway, I turned my 4ez into a 3 tempo and surprized myself. very happy with my performance, a bit of an eazier week (no swimming, only 1 tough workout) really helped. all neg splits 7:17, 6:58, 6:55
