Comments:
This was tough on the 400s (missed my time on both of 1:20). Was too fast on the 800s (beat my time of 3:30 on both). Did not have much left on the 200s (hit my time of 0:40). Man am I old and fat!!! Plan to try to do the same thing again next week. Hopefully, it will be a bit easier. Mt. Si High Track seems to be pretty fast and is hard.
