Calf Raises 2x30 ea.
Leg Curls 3x15 @ 45 lbs
Adductor 3x15@ 125 lbs
Abductor 3x15@ 90 lbs
Ankle 2x15 ea. @ 35 lbs
I think my hamstring is starting to get stronger. It, my calves, and adductor still need more work.
