Weather: medium, a little hot with a breeze

Comments:
first really bad day of the summer. :\
did 2 miles, really focused on just trying to forget about the day.
1st mile easy
2nd 1/2: easy
2nd 2/2: hard. got 3:25. :/ not very happy about it all.

got home and increased the amount of sidups to 3 reps of 35.
still doing 3 reps of 10. tomorrow P90x with stephanie ab workout. dear god D:
