Comments:
ran 4.5 miles in Brooks Radius, then did a workout on grass and track. 8x 400 on the grass with 1:15-1:30 rec. followed by a mile on the track. Then 1.5 mile cool down.
(73-77 for the 400's) (5:06 for the mile)
