22 minute tempo run

Weather: Warm and excellent evening for running

Comments:
Tried a new way of running it tonight with a 10 minute warm up and then hard for 10 minutes. Started hard section well but sterted to struggle near end and probably started a bit fast again. Need to work on speed endurance as this is my weakest area at the moment. Tough session and does not seem to be getting any easier.
