Indoor short run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Stayed inside due to sore right quad and tender inner left ankle. Had to deal with Murhpy crisis getting outside so run cut very short. Only did 1.5 and felt okay. Once I got to 9 min pace tenderness in ankle acted up so went back to 10 min pace to finish. Iced during breakfast and at work. Hope it helps.
