Weather: HOT!!!!

Comments:
Warmed up about 3/4 of a mile.

Did Muhammad Ali workout:
ran around cones carrying a rock, a beam, two buckets of bricks,and pulling two tires.
hard but it was fun
my team won of course

Ran 5 miles and felt terrible. it was really hot and i need to be drinking more water. stomach didnt feel too good.

did some lunges and stuff when i got home and it didnt hurt my knee which is a good sign.
