i cant believe i missed two days straight of running. Ive decided that im going the next 2 months up to camp week without missing a day of running! if anybody wants to send me some motivational quotes or just your support to help me get back in shape. I would greatly appricate it and hope everybody is happly running this summer injury free. if anyone needs advice about injuries contact me im just about cured and can talk to anyone that may be in the same boat i was.
