Comments:
Warm up mile with team, then started J and B's with team. John and I went on for J and B's Ext., and picked up the pace a bit. Probably over 8 min to start, John and I might have got down to 7:30 but no watch to clarify. About 30 min of frisbee afterward. A 10-10 deadlock was broken my team of John, Ben, Joe, and myself scored. I'll count it as 1 for a cool down.
