1 mile warm-up
5.5 mile (coach Barnes said we went too far) tempo 32:50 with last mile being 6:05.
3x300m accel.
2ish mile cooldown.

Felt great for most of the run then I dropped back to help someone back to the group. After catching up it started to kill. Great workout overall.
