Weather: warm, but not too bad

Comments:
Wow! running with someone in this workout makes it so much easier! I ran with nate, and was able to keep a steady pace throughout while still managing to push myself. I love this workout! The long warmup was nice too, dj, ryan, nate, me and some others ran through the school for part of our 15 min. warmup. Maybe we could do an Urban Jungle Workout INSIDE the school. :)

I'm still doing those pullups, pushups, and situps every night!
