Calf Raises 2x30 ea.
Leg Curls 3x15 @ 45 lbs
Adductor 3x15@ 125 lbs
Abductor 3x15@ 100 lbs
Ankle 2x15 ea. @ 35 lbs
The leg curls seem to be getting a little easier and I may be able to add more weight soon. My calves were more sore than usual today. The abductor is still too easy, so I need to do more weight.
