Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warm up, about 3 miles in workout (including goat hills), and about 4 mile cooldown.

3x1200 and 1x600 (4:11, 4:03, 4:03, 1:46) felt great, probably could have run well under 4 (and was ready to) on the last 1200, but i really liked the fact that i got my legs moving on that 6. it felt like i was waking them up.
