Ran for a 15:10 warm up, stopped and stretched for 8:20, then began the work out with 10 30sec hard, then easy. Then went right into a cool down for 15:01. Then stretched after as well. After about 20 mins, ran for 17:01. The workout overall was 49:44, with an extra 17:01.
