Comments:
First day back, met the highschool newbies, and saw the old ones as this is their first week of conditioning, but i can only make the wednesday night practices because of work. Was going to run with the college kids, but most of them have been running at least a week, so i took it easy with chase, one of the only two returning varsity guys. Did 4 X 100 meter accels to make 5 and stretch out those muscles. Then did some core with the high school guys too.
