had to run short today cause of church and i didnt get up rly in time, but it ended up goin pretty well, although a bit fast. ran a slow kashtoonka loop with dad before anything else again, thats pretty helpful for a warmup and all. kinda got excited during the run and went really fast, but realized i need to be careful. plus i was tired, lol. overall a decent fast day, but i need to focus more on distance now, i think. also, STRETCH EVERYDAY!!! even off days. u rly need to. deep tissue massage tomorrow... im only a little scared. we'll see how that one goes
