Well, another 10 miler is over... I'm just thankful to have completed another one, albeit pretty slow compared to my past 10 milers, but just happy i'm still able to complete 10 miles.
had alot of pain in the hips and knees. joints pretty painful during the run, but not too bad throughout the day. fast running days are pretty much over for me, but still enjoy the running and comraderie at races. I'll be back next year if able...
