Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went down to trainers at 1:30, iced feet, rolled on foam roller and then Eric gave me a sonagram. Feet don't really hurt but they are there. At 4:30 I swam, with both aqua jogging and real swimming. Then I iced again. I am still sick and my head hurts a lot!!!
