1.5mile warm-up, with 4 strides/sprints
5.75 tempo run:Began 6:50minpace for first 3/4mile hit it at 4:20-equiv 6:45-50min mile, than at start for Firecracker 5mile run, I dropped it to 6:30pace and hit that at mile 1. Mile 2 all up hill ran 6:20. Mile 3 was 6:10, exhaustion creeping in. Mile 4 was 5:45min cruising, Mile 5 was 5:50.(34:45 for 5.75 total time=6:05 per mile
