Comments:
Not sure if it was the 10 mile run yesterday or the fact that I was trying to run in the morning (prob a combination thereof), but I had no spring in my step. I was feeling a little tightness especially in my right leg starting last night. Tried to stretch this morning, but not sure how much it helped. Despite the slow run, off to a good start for the marathon training. Cautiously optimistic for the next 20 weeks.
