Actually, we were supposed to do a loop in Kinder Park, but there was a communication error and Simon and I went the wrong way. We ran down Truckhouse to Early Heights to Kinder, then turned on Lynwood and ran back to the high school via Benfield. My shin wasn't bothering me today, but I still iced it. Did 4x200 tempo afterwards.
