Weather: 89 degrees, sunny, hot

Comments:
Ran 6 miles before practice, 2 miles with team, then did 3000m(11:17), 1000m(3:28), 3000m(10:41), 1000m(3:27). Tried to stay relaxed throughout and especially focused on the second 3k. Felt pretty good; didn't destroy myself; felt tired from the beginning. It was really hot out, which usually I don't do well in. Cooled down for about 4 miles. Swam right afterwards. Pretty dang tired.
