Comments:
Might have been the hottest morning of the summer. Humidity made it feel even worse. Ran down to Curley through the bike trail and did the warm up loop. 6X100 strides with jog back. At this point I should have run through the sprinklers, but for some reason I did not. Run back home felt pretty bad. This heat just zaps all the energy out of you.
