Calf Raises 2x30 ea.
Lateral Box Squats 2x20 ea.
Leg Curls 2x15 @ 50 lbs, 1x15 @45 lbs
Adductor 3x15@ 125 lbs
Abductor 3x15@ 125 lbs
Ankle 3x15 ea. @ 35 lbs
I added the box squats and starting increasing the weight on a few things today. Other than the leg curls, it was doable. Still, everything except the abductor and ankle curls, is difficult.
