was pretty tired, so took about 20 minutes between biking and starting this run. went a little slow and kept the mileage low after yesterday's long one. felt okay, started to pick it up pretty good on the way back, but resisted the temptation to try and blast the last mile, mostly because I could tell I was gonna tank if i did it. knee seemed to be feeling a little better, but it's kinda hard to tell.
