Comments:
Much better after yesterday. I was concerned all day that my legs were getting overworked b/c my mileage has risen faster than usual for summer training. I decided to take every run pretty easy this week so I still have a shot at hitting my mileage but I don't ruin my legs. I ended up a little slower than the upper range of my easy run range, which is fine. If I can run that pace every day this week I will be ready to go to 65 next week. I don't think I will be able to get in a long run this week so I think every run will be 8-10 miles so I can still hit 60.

My body felt really good today. I felt like I was cruising at a really easy pace.

MMS and back. Ran to Knob 1st field and back on the way back. Added 1 mile on woodland at the end. pretty hilly course
