Here begins my series of runs on the cruise ship. Since I'd care to forget the time I spent staring at the wall in fron of me while I pounded out the mile on one of the treadmills on the ship I'll just give details of the the runs here and fill in just distance on the other days. My routine was pretty much to dial in 6:35 pace and pound out everything till I was done. I took pit stops most every day because I was running mostly after dinner. It got easier as ther week went on and I was suprised at how easy 6:35 pace felt on the treadmill. I just kinda focused on getting in the miles without pushing myself too hard so I could enjoy the other time that I spent on the cruise. I don't really have times either although taking 6:35 times the number of miles would give a rough estimate.
