I was really sore warming up and getting into the workout. I eventually got to the point where I could be focused but relaxed. I like this workout, the 1k sections created a little lactic acid, and then cleared it on the 3k's. Afterwards I hit the restroom, jogged, 4x200, and cooled down around the fields and KAC. Wiped out right afterwards but a little better now (10:30 pm).
