pre-race workout, assigned 2w/u, 2x800 @ half M pace, w/ 800 rec, 2X800 @ 10k pace w/800 rec, total 6 miles. my course is flat for about 2, climbs 280ft for 2, and down the last 2. (looks very similar to 4 mile race course w/o the warm up)splits were 3:38,3:34,3:06,3:06. My 10k pace ended up beeing my 5k pace, but I felt awesome and could have easily held that pace downhill for the whole 2 miles. Feeling very confident about sunday! ROAR
