Hill workout on mayfield hill today. 10x300 with downhill recovery. felt pretty good, and was running with bobby and rodney, except the last 2 or 3 i was prairie dogging it real bad so i slowed down a little cause i didnt want to shit myself. other than that i was fine except for the fact that it was hot as balls outside, which was no good. the ice bath afterwards felt glorious.
