Comments:
peter young came over and he just is coming back from a hip injury, so he only wanted to do 10 minutes. tricia ttea, peter and i went through the gravel pitts for 1.4 miles. i went barefoot which was really fun and it quickened my stride rate because i was dodging sharp rocks left and right. my feet became numb after about 5 minutes. then we went swimming.
