5:50pm; WU to mayfield hill
10*300 w/ Tim
CD around campus back to house 6, mostly w/ Tim.

ran w/o a watch. the weather was awesome but I was a bit dehydrated from eating too much sodium (pretzels) today and not supplementing it with fluid intake. our first repeat felt oddly more difficult than usual (probably because I wasn't warmed up yet), but we managed to maintain some conversation for the rest of the repeats, even though it felt like we were running our usual :68-:70 second splits. so I think we concluded that we're getting better at these. shortened the cooldown from a planned 3+ miles because I was getting tired. Tim and I had interesting conversations about intra-team shenanigans.
