Weather: good, but kind of sunny therefore whenever u ran and there was no shade it was really sort of overbearing

2 miles warmup
workout- 400 starting hill, 2 min rest, 4 min at threshold, 2 min rest

so it was pretty much 5 miles the whole time always ended threshold somewhere near the 1 mile marker and had the 2 min rest through lovers lane.
good workout, but the first two really were difficult, had my hr around low 160s-165 on the hills with high 160s on the threshold.
Finally on the last threshold i managed to get it up to 171, but was averaging somewhere around 169-170
