felt pretty good today, first mile was 5:44 though, need to try to hold myself back that first mile, it made me tired for the whole rest of the workout. kind of disappointed that i didnt do the full 5 miles that i planned on doing, but the heel pad in my left racing flat ended up being under my arch from near the beginning. slowed me down and made my foot hurt and i just wasnt motivated enough to add on the extra half mile
