Comments:
Ran 6.2 miles along the Charles River. My schedule was for 7 miles, but physically I was pushing my limits at 6.2. This run will definitely not be remembered as one of my favorite training runs. I made sure to eat right and hydrate throughout the day. The temperature did not help at 84F. My body was perspiring from the first 5 minutes onward. Hopefully the weather will cool down...
