went to WOW (workout world) with kevin today to do some running/lifting/ab stuff, it was pretty intense but i handled it ok i think. ended up being about 5, first 3ish miles then a lot of arm and chest work, then 2 more miles, then ab stuff. guesstimates on the miles tho. hopefully this can be a semi-regular type of thing cause kevin expressed interest in bringing me sometimes. woot free gym!
