Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After Spartan MB workout, plyometric and strength training had to get the run in. The run 1mile for WU than began fartleks.
Fartlek workout consisted of 3min at 8kpace, 3min off, 2min at 2mile pace, 2 min off, 1 min at mile pace, 1 min off. Went through 3 sets.(This run part was 5 miles and took me around 32:00. Wasnt too intense but still opened the legs for different paces to teach myself those again and understand fast and slow.
Finished up on the track with 4x150m stride to sprint pickups with 250m job with racing flats and than .5 recovery.
Solid run, felt great considering the heat is not a factor today
