Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny

Comments:
slight pain/ twinge in left hip and ITB. I may be tight from sitting in class and workout yest. Ice bath. Core workout included supermen both on ground and in air and 40 push-ups. I feel like core is necessary (PT and chiropractor), but I don't want to go against coach's wishes. I will see how my ITB feels tomorrow. Puffy painting = much enjoyment!
