I was pretty sore from yesterdays workout but this run didn't get miserable until about the last mile and a half. My stomach had started bothering me during the loops on the golf course and when I headed back to campus after #4 it took every ounce of willpower I had not to make a mess of myself. I couldn't find a good spot to pull off in the woods on Quarry Chapel road either. Anyways, it got to the point where I had to stop and walk my stomach was so bad. I finally made it back to the KAC, but I narrowly escape diaster today. I think the iron may be messing with my stomach, I'll take it after I race on Saturday. Overall soreness is still there, but tomorrow is my first off day in over a month so hopefully that should help.
