Comments:
felt terrible warming up almost scared myself outa the workout beforehand, but once we got going i realized it was alright and settled into the pace. though once i hit curcio going up the hill in the clearing went into oxygen debt like never before and suffered the last 10+ minutes trying to climb the last bit. easily the hardest run of my life. i dont know how to explain to you guys what this tempo was like but imagine powerlines or highview hill for 5.5 miles, ended in 4500ft elevation finished in 34:58(for 5.5 tempo). the view from the top though is amazing
